DELIVERY WITHIN SINGAPORE

SHIPPING RATES AND COST

  • We offer free tracked shipping within Singapore on all orders over SG$30.00.
  • SG$4.90 shipping fee applies for orders below SG$30.00.

DELIVERY TIME FRAME

  • We aim to process, pack and pass your order to our delivery partner within 1-2 business days.
  • Upon receiving your order from us, our delivery partner aims to deliver your parcel within 1-3 business days.

TRACKING DETAILS

  • You will receive an email with all the tracking details for your order.
  • Please key in your tracking details in our delivery partner's website to track the status of your order.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS 

  • There are certain areas in Singapore which our delivery partner is unable to ship to.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING🌏

  • We ship internationally to most countries.
  • Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • We also do not ship to countries that are currently experiencing political or economic instability.

TAXES AND DUTIES

  • All orders sent outside of Singapore are shipped on a DDU (delivered duty unpaid) basis.
  • Prices displayed are exclusive of all destination import duties, taxes and fees levied in the recipient country.
  • If a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties.
  • As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
  • We are unable to advise the amount this may be as these charges are not controlled or executed by us, they are government charges and the individual making the purchase is responsible per transaction for these costs.
