Refund Policy

  • We do not have cash refunds for all orders.
  • All refunds are via Store Credits only. 
  • All refund / return / exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • All refund / return / exchange requests made after 3 days of receiving your order will be rejected. 
  • All refund / return / exchange requests can only be requested by the original purchasing account.
  • Any refund / return / exchange requests made from third parties will not be allowed.

WAYS TO INITIATE A REQUEST

We will reply all messages and emails within 1-3 business days. 

To initiate a refund / return / exchange request, you must either:

  1. Use the "Contact Us" function

  2. Email us at sales@skgtradingsg.com
    • Please use the same email you have placed your order to email us.
    • To ensure you receive our replies in your inbox, please save sales@skgtradingsg.com in your address book.  

Please include the following information in your email or message to us:

  1. Order number
  2. Issues with the order 
  3. Photo(s) of the damaged / incorrect items received 

NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchange / refund request for the following reasons:

  • Customized items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Shipping charges
  • If you have a change of mind
  • Incorrect items purchased
  • Items purchased using Store Credit that was refunded back into your account
  • Items that have been used or damaged
  • Items that have been opened or tampered with
