- We do not have cash refunds for all orders.
- All refunds are via Store Credits only.
- All refund / return / exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
- All refund / return / exchange requests made after 3 days of receiving your order will be rejected.
- All refund / return / exchange requests can only be requested by the original purchasing account.
- Any refund / return / exchange requests made from third parties will not be allowed.

- Photo(s) of the damaged / incorrect items received
NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchange / refund request for the following reasons:
- Customized items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Shipping charges
- If you have a change of mind
- Incorrect items purchased
- Items purchased using Store Credit that was refunded back into your account
- Items that have been used or damaged
- Items that have been opened or tampered with
