Any order issues received from you after 3 days of you received your order will be rejected.
Only you, the orignal purchasing account holder can raise an order issue with us.
Order issues made from third parties will not be allowed.

Missing item(s) from order received
- We will arrange for courier to send the missing item(s) to you
Incorrect item(s) received
- We will arrange for courier to send the correct item(s) to you.
- At the same time, courier will collect the incorrect item(s) from you.
Defective item(s) received
- Due to the nature of our products, dents and cracks may appear and these are not considered as defects.
- We will arrange for courier to send the replacement item(s) to you.
- At the same time, courier will collect the defective item(s) from you.
