Order Issues

We sincerely apologize if you have:

  • Missing item(s) from your order that you have received.
  • Incorrect item(s) received.
  • Defective item(s) received.

WHAT SHOULD YOU DO? (FOR SINGAPORE ORDERS)

STEP-1
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if there are issues with it so that we can evaluate make it right.

  • You have 3 days upon receiving your order to contact us with any order issues.
  • Any order issues received from you after 3 days of you received your order will be rejected.
  • Only you, the orignal purchasing account holder can raise an order issue with us.
  • Order issues made from third parties will not be allowed.

STEP-2
Contact us either via:

  2. Emailing us at sales@skgtradingsg.com
    • Please use the same email you have placed your order to email us.
    • To ensure you receive our replies in your inbox, please save sales@skgtradingsg.com in your address book.

Please include the following information in your message or email to us:

  1. Order number
  2. Issues with the order 
  3. Photo(s) of the damaged / incorrect items received 

STEP-3

Wait for our reply! We will reply all messages and emails within 1-3 business days.   


WHAT WILL WE DO? (FOR SINGAPORE ORDERS)

If your order contains:

  1. Missing item(s) from order received
    • We will arrange for courier to send the missing item(s) to you

  2. Incorrect item(s) received
    • We will arrange for courier to send the correct item(s) to you.
    • At the same time, courier will collect the incorrect item(s) from you.

  3. Defective item(s) received
    • Due to the nature of our products, dents and cracks may appear and these are not considered as defects.
    • We will arrange for courier to send the replacement item(s) to you.
    • At the same time, courier will collect the defective item(s) from you.
